  • We will always do our best to ensure your delivery arrives with you in perfect condition, unfortunately things do go wrong from time to time.

    Should you wish to return anything then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a return address to send it back. We can then either send you out a replacement (if we have the stock) or arrange a refund (less a 10% restock fee if there's nothing wrong with the item)

  • Shipping charge depends upon where you are in the World and how heavy/valuable your package is - this will be worked out at checkout before you pay. Be aware that not all services may be available for your order, any service unavailable to you will show a cost of £100,000.....if you fancy paying that we'll hand deliver it to you ourselves!!

    We are not responsible for any customs/duty charges incurred - that's between you and your government....

    We use Royal Mail and the services are as follows:

    UK Deliveries

    Royal Mail Standard– a fixed rate second class service for orders of around £50 or under

    Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For– An express, mostly next-day-from-postage option that will require a signature on delivery.

    International Deliveries

    Expect delivery times of 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the World. Services available are:

    Royal Mail International Standard – Old fashioned regular air mail for smaller orders. Not Tracked

    Royal Mail International Premium– For larger or more valuable orders. Delivery times are no different from Standard but you’ll get a tracking number which will allow you to track your delivery, a signature may be required when it gets to you and we’ll get a delivery confirmation. Larger/more valuable orders will be sent with extra cover against loss/damage.

    There is a 2kg weight limit for international shipments, we are unable to ship any order heavier than this.
